3. Painting process: Before the parts are painted, they go through rust removal - phosphating - painting - baking paint, which can make the paint anti-rust and hard surface.Paint is more durable.
4. Imported transmission gear is adopted, the transmission gear is hardened and ground, and the Rockwell hardness is >60 degrees.
5. The keyless connecting ring is applied to reduce center wear and enlarge the virtual position to maintain long-term printing registration.
6. Auto-zero, auto-reset.
7. The oil automatic balancing device keeps the oil level of each unit at the same level.
8. Controlled by an independent computer desk, it can store frequently used orders, and the number of stored orders can reach 9999. The order change is quick and the operation is more convenient. Each unit is equipped with an emergency stop switch, which can stop the movement of each unit internally to ensure the safety of internal operators.
9. Each unit of the whole machine is automatically or independently separated, which is more convenient to operate, and the bell continuously warns when walking to ensure the safety of operators. The gap adjustment of transfer roller, embossing roller, rubber roller and anilox roller adopts self-locking structure.

Main units

Leading edge paper feeding unit ⑴ Four-axis front edge feeding, increase the fan flow, so that the high-speed and low-speed paper feeding is more accurate. (2) Manually adjust the paper feeding stroke to reduce the pressure of the paper-pulling rubber roller. (3) The frequency converter controls the vacuum air flow and pressure to match the cardboard size. ⑷ Positioning from the front reduces paper feeding errors and improves paper feeding and slotting accuracy. ⑸ Stable at high speed, reducing noise and mechanical vibration.

Printing unit Ceramic anilox rollers (two sets) (1) The surface of the steel pipe is sprayed with ceramics and then ground, and the net pattern is engraved by laser. (2) The dots are consistent and the ink is evenly applied. (3) Extend the service life of printing plates and rubber rollers. ⑷ The anilox roller gap adopts a self-locking structure, and the control range is 0-12mm.

Slotting unit ⑴ The slotting tool shaft is made of solid steel, ground and hard chrome plated. (2) The width of the slotting knife is 8mm. (3) Equipped with slotting knife movement. ⑷ Self-locking structure is adopted for the gap adjustment of slotting tool seat. ⑸ The power transmission of the pressure roller adopts cam bearing transmission, which reduces wear and makes the transmission more stable.
