Paper feeding unit
With the leading edge of the cardboard as the positioning
reference, the influence of the length of the cardboard is greatly
reduced. When the cardboard is sent to the pulling wheel, the speed
is the same as that pulling wheel, and the transfer accuracy will
not be affected by the speed difference.

Printing unit
The ink pump is a one-way diaphragm air-pressure pump, which can
recover the accumulated water in the pump and the pipe with a
filter and an ink circulation system. (Note: When the doctor blade
ink control system is optional, it is equipped with a double-acting
diaphragm pump.) Automatic sensor detection ink volume system, ink
abnormal alarm, including warnings and alarm bells.

Die Cutting Unit
The gap between the die roller and the rubber roller is adjusted
electrically, and the air-locked fixed adjustment mechanism is
stable and reliable. The rubber roller has a 50mm horizontal travel
device and a speed difference compensation system. Each knife is in
a different position and wears evenly, which effectively prolongs
the service life of the rubber pad.
