Using the programmable controller and man-machine interface, the working speed of the machine, the number of processed sheets, and the total running time of the machine are digitally displayed; the fault display of the machine makes the troubleshooting operation very convenient. The inverter is used to control the main motor, with stepless speed regulation and stable operation. The machine is equipped with sensors and safety devices in many places to ensure the normal operation of the machine and personal safety. The die-cutting pressure can be adjusted separately before and after, the manual turning is convenient and labor-saving, and it can also perform die-cutting without a mouth.

Main Units

Paper feeding unit The machine is suitable for different kinds of corrugated paper, and has strong applicability. The leading edge servo feeding system can adapt to the requirements of different thickness corrugated paper from F to 5 layers, overcome the temperature, humidity and paper weight differences caused by paper warping, and ensure smoother feeding of warp paper or thick paper. Install the side-beating baffle device, which ensures that the position of the paper stack is basically correct when feeding paper. Just input the length of the paper, and the paper wheel can completely send the paper out.

Die cutting unit The die-cutting plate is fastened with four-jaw nuts to ensure that the large-size paper die is always smooth, and has a pneumatic locking device, which is more effective when changing plates. The steel plate is made of hardened manganese alloy steel and has a long service life. Pneumatic suspension device, easy to operate. Die-cutting pressure is adjusted electrically, which is more convenient and quicker. 300 tons of die-cutting pressure, whether it is cardboard, corrugated paper, thick paper can be easily die-cut. Abnormal automatic control such as die-cut paper or waste paper falling, realize humanization and automation of mechanical operation. Turbine, crank, toggle link type high-precision lower die-cutting table. Upper die-cutting table, static, high precision. Equipped with a multi-piece cam intermittent drive mechanism, 6 high-precision imported clamping bars, each with 11 clamping jaws (imported spring sheets) and matching pillows. The clamp bar is reserved to ensure that the step distance is correct and consistent. Sensors are installed on both the paper inlet and the paper outlet to detect the paper position and paper size. Centerline system for fast and accurate centering of cuts and strips. Equipped with electronic fault display and speed display device. High-speed rotary joint for longer service life.

Delivery unit Linear bearings are used for paper delivery and paper uniformity, with simple structure and perfect paper feeding. The machine can complete the delivery process without downtime. The take-up take-up reel allows quick and easy stack transfer, ensuring that the printed paper is latte-free.
