Die cutting unit

The steel plate is made of hardened manganese alloy steel and has a long service life. Pneumatic suspension device, easy to operate. Die-cutting pressure is adjusted electrically, which is more convenient and quicker. 300 tons of die-cutting pressure, whether it is cardboard, corrugated paper, thick paper can be easily die-cut. Abnormal automatic control such as die-cut paper or waste paper falling, realize humanization and automation of mechanical operation. Turbine, crank, toggle link type high-precision lower die-cutting table. Upper die-cutting table, static, high precision. Equipped with a multi-piece cam intermittent drive mechanism, 6 high-precision imported clamping bars, each with 11 clamping jaws (imported spring sheets) and matching pillows. Delivery unit

Linear bearings are used for paper delivery and paper uniformity, with simple structure and perfect paper feeding. The machine can complete the delivery process without downtime. The take-up take-up reel allows quick and easy stack transfer, ensuring that the printed paper is latte-free.
