The full-automatic die-cutting machine can process flat sheets of paper, cardboard and corrugated paper, and is suitable for die-cutting indentation and cold pressing of paper boxes, cartons, paper trademarks, etc. In particular, all kinds of high-end and exquisite printed materials (such as cigarette boxes, wine boxes, gift boxes, cosmetic boxes, etc.) can be die-cut and indented on this machine to obtain three-dimensional, exquisite and beautiful packaging products.

Main Units

Feeder feeding unit The inclined paper feeding table is more suitable for the conveying and positioning of high speed paper feeding; Non-stop paper lifting platform device; double-piece control device; Side positioning adopts pull & push dual-purpose side gauge device, which is easy to switch according to paper selection;

Die cutting unit The steel plate adopts quenched manganese alloy steel material, which has an extremely long life. The die-cutting pressure is adjusted by four points, which can be adjusted easily by turning the handle. With 300 tons of pressure, cardboard, corrugated paper or thick board paper can be easily die-cut.

Paper receving unit The cylinder adopts Taiwanese gas cylinder. The tooth row pressure wheel adopts the air pressure type, the pressure can be adjusted for better effect, and it is opened when the former waste plate is replaced, which is convenient for replacing the former waste plate.
