Main Units

Paper feeding unit 1. Paper-feeding : Chain ,paper pushing feeding pizza box printing machine ; 2. Open and close of the unit adopts electrical walking and pneumatic locking ( with overload protection function) . 3. Paper-feeding roller : The upper axle adopts grinning paper-feeding wheel while the lower axle adopts steel grinding roller.

Printing unit 1. The printing roll is made of heavy wall seamless steel pipe, with surface finely ground and hard chrome plated, and balance corrected to ensure steady running. 2. High-precision anilox roller, The textured density of anilox roller is 200-250 lines / inch, to ensure the printing effect is clear and beautiful.

Slotting unit 1.The tool shaft is seamless steel tube, and it is plated hard chromium after two times of grinding, and the movement is smooth 2.Slot width 7mm. 3.The alloy steel is grinded by heat treatment, and the hardness and toughness of the slotting cutter are guaranteed 4.The alloy steel is grinded and sharpened by heat treatment.
