The anilox roller, rubber roller adopts advanced [cantilever independent quick change] structure, which is convenient for installation and maintenance, and a scraper doctor blade system can be installed later. The anilox roller is made of "Haili or Dalian" with high-quality steel and special technology, which has long operating life, wear resistance and corrosion, and good ink control. Cellular mesh number: 200, 220, 250, 280 lines/inch, which can be optionally installed according to the printed product.

Main units

Paper feeding unit With the leading edge of the cardboard as the positioning reference, the influence of the length of the cardboard is greatly reduced. When the cardboard is sent to the pulling wheel, the speed is the same as that pulling wheel, and the transfer accuracy will not be affected by the speed difference.

Printing unit Doctor blade system (optional additional price) 1. The innovative chamber fluid dynamics and ink sealing design of the enclosed double squeegee system have a good ink delivery effect and can save ink. The air pressure or cylinder is adjusted and locked, and the doctor blade wear is automatically compensated, so that the anilox roller and the doctor blade can fit better to obtain the best scraping effect. The Teflon anti-corrosion and anti-sticking coating in the inner chamber makes the ink transfer and cleaning easier. The all-round installation design can replace any old-fashioned rubber roller or single-squeegee system. "Fully enclosed" in the true sense, especially suitable for volatile solvent units, saving solvents and improving the working environment.

Die Cutting Unit 1. The die-cutting phase adopts electric digital 360° adjustment, and the equipment can be adjusted during operation and stop. 2. (Optional extra price) Independent servo drive phase adjustment is in place in seconds, faster and more accurate, and it can also test the die-cutting pressure of the cardboard.
