Box Flexo Printing Machine Introduction

Each part is electrically separated and combined, pneumatic locking, pneumatic lifting, automatic ink distribution, and ink shortage alarm system to ensure the normal operation of the whole machine, fine printing patterns and accurate color registration. All drive shafts of the whole machine are treated with dynamic and static balance, and the gears are special processed , all are carburized and grounded.

Main units

Paper feeding unit Combination of the machine group: the electric control is separated and closed with an alarm bell, the separating and closing ring to alarm, one-key positioning separating and closing, and the drive shaft is equipped with a friction clutch to ensure the safety of operators and avoid damage to the machine due to improper operation. Pneumatic interlocking device, lock firmly, convenient and accurate. The split drive shaft of the unit is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent damage to other parts, ensuring that the gear bite position remains unchanged, and normal production after separation and close, avoiding the occurrence of paperboard waste due to printing misalignment.

Printing unit The ink pump is a one-way diaphragm air-pressure pump, which can recover the accumulated water in the pump and the pipe with a filter and an ink circulation system. (Note: When the doctor blade ink control system is optional, it is equipped with a double-acting diaphragm pump.) Automatic sensor detection ink volume system, ink abnormal alarm, including warnings and alarm bells.

Die Cutting Unit The die-cutting phase adopts electric digital 360° adjustment, and the equipment can be adjusted during operation and stop.
