Main units

Paper feeding unit With the leading edge of the cardboard as the positioning reference, the influence of the length of the cardboard is greatly reduced. When the cardboard is sent to the pulling wheel, the speed is the same as that pulling wheel, and the transfer accuracy will not be affected by the speed difference.

Printing unit The touch adjustment of the anilox roller and the printing roller is a pneumatic pressing , the plate will be automatically lifted when the machine is stopped, and the electric ink distribution will be turned on automatically to prevent the ink from drying up. The automatic inking mode stops/starts with the paper feeding, and the inking time of each printing unit can be set separately. The anilox roller is equipped with a one-way overrunning clutch, which is separated from the main power drive, making it more convenient and quick to distribute ink or wash ink.

Die Cutting Unit The soft roller automatic repair device can repair the worn felt cover many times. The repaired felt cover is smooth and clean, maintaining the same performance as the new felt cover, and greatly improving the repeated use rate of the felt cover.
