2. Corrugating roller, pressure roller and glue roller by pneumatic adjustment.
3. Cardboard transmit adopt vacuum suction method, with wind control system. keep flute profiles stable of the lower-roller in the condition of running up.

Machine Details

1. Corrugated diameter is 320mm, 48CrMo high quality alloy steel; Adopt independent gearbox, universal joint drive structure.

2. Surface of glue roller is ground, then with 25 line rut type net dot,then plating chrome

3. Surface of glue balance roller is ground then plating chrome

4. Cylinder control of the Lifting Up-down. Glue circulating system(storage tank+glue pump).
