Machine introduction of Corrugated Board Production Line
According to the corrugated board production process, the
corrugated board production line is composed of two relatively
independent process sections, wet end equipment and dry end
equipment. The wet end equipment mainly includes base paper trays,
automatic paper splicing machines, preheating pre-conditioners, and
single facer machine, paper conveyor bridges, glue spreaders,
double facer machines, etc., wet end equipment will make corrugated
base paper into three, five, and seven-layer corrugated cardboard
with different flute combinations; cadre equipment mainly includes
rotary cutting machines, slitting and creasing machines ,
Cross-cutting machine, stacking machine, etc., the cadre equipment
will slit the corrugated cardboard according to the order
requirements for slitting, cross-cutting and stacking.

Corrugated Single Facer Machine
Machine Introduction
* Design speed: 180m/min.
* Corrugated rollers made of 48CrMo alloy steel, with heat
treatment for hardness HRC58-60, surface plated with chrome
treatment.
* corrugating roller: Dia.280mm with a drum.
* Press roller: Dia.320mm. with drum.
* Vacuum suction Fingerless design provides perfect flute formation
in high speed manufacturing.
* Gimbal driver system. Individual immersion oil gear type drive
box, separating dynamic vibrations improve running stability, easy
and fast for maintenance
* Gluing roller: surface is embossed with netting design and chrome
plated.
* Adjustment of upper corrugated roller, pressure roller and glue
roller controlled by pneumatic system.
