Introduction of Single Facer Corrugated Machine

1. Vacuum adsorption, equipped with high-pressure blower. Machine-absorbing silencer with wind control device; the electric control box is concentrated on the same host, not less than 1.5m, and the cover is closed on the operating side.
2. Universal joint transmission, separate structure, independent transmission box, enclosed gear oil-immersed lubrication, can extend the life of the gear.
3. The corrugated roller has a diameter of Ø320mm and is made of 52CrMo high-quality alloy steel. After quenching and tempering, hardening and polishing, the surface is chrome-plated with a hardness of HRC60 degrees, and the cylinder body is controlled up and down.
4. The diameter of the pressure roller is Ø320mm, which is processed by 45# carbon steel, and the surface is chrome-plated cylinder controlled by upper and lower machining and grinding.
5. The diameter of the upper and lower preheating rollers is Ø400mm, the surface is processed and ground hard chromium plating, and all metal hose connection
6. Pneumatically controlled glue, rubber roller diameter 215mm, back polished with pit texture, hard chrome plating, transfer roller surface processing and grinding off hard chrome plating
7. Corrugated roller bearings adopt high temperature and high pressure grease lubrication bearings
8. Adopt electrical insulation glue metering device, easy to operate and good performance
9. The height of one side of the corrugated roller is 0.10mm, and the height of one side of the pressure roller is 0.075mm. Increase the spacer device, a pressure cylinder of Ø 160 mm.

* By the air blower through the vacuum box will be corrugated in the middle corrugated roller 180 degree range to form negative pressure zone, to complete the rolling of corrugated.

* Under the Corrugated roller suction groove width of not more than 2mm, can be reduced single-sided corrugated cardboard stripe traces.

* The transmission department adopts synchronous Belt drive, isolating the vibration source, making the transmission more stable, running reliably and maintaining higher.
