1. Carton Box Flexo Printing Machine​ adopts the combination of Chain drive paper feeding unit, Printing unit, die cutting unit.

Scram(E-stop) button is arranged for each unit, which can stop movements and ensure personal safety of operators in that units.

2. This machine adopts chain feeding type, bilateral side lay positioning, to ensure that feed paper accurately

3 .Equipped with electromagnetic clutch break system to fix the printing phase, when separate the printing unit for adjusting the printing phase, the break system will prevent the gear move, keep the original position.

4. The operating platform is made of 5mm medium plate. Chain-advancing manual feed system.

Paper feeding unit 1. Equipped with a side baffle to ensure that the cardboard will not deflected during the conveying process. 2. Adjustable worktable, suitable for every kind paperboard; 3. The chains adopts imported brand to ensure the chain’s gap will not change after long-term use to make sure the cardboard feeding accuracy.

Printing unit 1. The printing roll is made of heavy wall seamless steel pipe, with surface finely ground and hard chrome plated, and balance corrected to ensure steady running. 2. High-precision anilox roller, diameter 195mm. The textured density of anilox roller is 200-250 lines / inch, to ensure the printing effect is clear and beautiful.
