All drive shafts of the whole machine are treated with dynamic and static balance, and the gears are processed by a special process, all are carburized and ground, the overall hardness is HRC52-58, and the accuracy is level 6. All gear lubrication adopts spray-type circulating lubrication, equipped with circulating oil display window, to observe the oiling situation at any time. The gear and the drive shaft are connected by a keyless coupling ring, which is firm and reliable. The machine has the characteristics of high degree of automation, convenient use and maintenance, accurate color registration, exquisite printing patterns, and high production efficiency.

Main units

Paper feeding unit The suction fan assists in paper feeding, and the air volume can be adjusted in each section according to the size of the cardboard. The motor is a frequency converter controllable motor, which reduces power consumption and saves costs.

Printing unit The transparent ink supply tube and the high-hanging transparent storage ink cup make it more intuitive to observe the ink supply during production. Circulating cleaning of pipelines and ink rollers, simple and convenient operation and cleaning, and stable ink supply.

Slotting Unit Planetary gear mechanism, the slotting phase adopts PLC and electric digital input type 360° adjustment, equipment running or stopping can be adjusted.
