Box Flexo Printing Machine Introduction
1. Designed according to the high request and the reliable
function, the operation of the machine is humanized.The moving
motor with constant torsional moment which can buffer the impact of
the two units when the operation is wrong
2. After all the units closed, each part is pneumatic locked. There
is also lead locked cylinder which can make each part locked with
bottom-track lock. If the cylinder is not locked, the main motor
will not work
3. Lead-edge adopts suction feeding system, air volume can be
adjusted, main motor is controlled by frequency conversion.
4. All gaps adjustment adopt self-locking mechanism , the adjustment
is more convenient , accurate and reliable.
5. All the drive rollers adopted high quality steel materials, hard
chromium plating and the surface treated by lapping finish.
