Carton flexo printer folder gluer is specially designed and manufactured for inline with printing, slotting, folding, gluing and stacking, it features automatic conveying, glue applying, folding, with multi-stages auto control. Adopt PLC control, touch screen interface, pre-storage and management of orders, Its high-speed production capacity, fast order-changing and good stability can meet the short lead times required for our carton customers.

1. Each unit is equipped with an emergency stop switch, which can stop the action of each unit internally to ensure the safety of the operator.
2. Each unit of the whole machine is separated automatically or independently, which makes the operation more convenient. The alarm sounds continuously when walking to ensure the safety of the operator.
3. A large-screen digital display is installed below the wire frame slot of the whole machine to display the printing speed of the whole machine (displayed in units of sheets/hour), which is convenient for the operator to check the running speed of the machine at any time. Different directions.
4. The gap between feeding roller, embossing roller and anilox roller is controlled and adjusted by computer.

Main units

Leading edge paper feeding unit 1. Frequency conversion controls the vacuum air flow and pressure to match the cardboard size. 2. The paper feeding stroke can be adjusted to reduce the pressure of the paper pulling rubber roller.

Printing unit 1. The printing phase adjustment is driven by a servo motor. 2. Printing phase fixing device, electromagnetic clutch brake type brake mechanism. When the unit is separated to adjust the phase or cleaned, the brake mechanism restricts the rotation of the gear and maintains the fixed position of the original gear.

Slotting unit 1. The upper kinfe seat and the lower knife seat are linked by a transmission shaft, which keeps the upper and lower aligned when moving to extend the knife life. 2. The horizontal movement position of the pre-pressing roller, creasing roller and slotting knife holder is controlled by computer and electric digital.
