Machine Introduction of Flexo Printing Machine

The whole machine adopts international advanced design concepts, has passed European CE certification, is designed and manufactured in accordance with European and American manufacturing standards, and is designed and manufactured with Taiwan's own production experience for many years. Continuously ring the alarm when walking to ensure the safety of the operator. The gap adjustment of the conveying roller, embossing roller, rubber roller, and anilox roller adopts electric PLC control. Automatically return to zero and automatically reset.

1. Paper feeding unit: Originally imported from the latest leading edge paper feeding platform of American Sun Company, the paper feeding is stable and fast
2. Printing unit: The surface of the paper roller of the vacuum box is sprayed with ceramics to increase wear resistance and life; imported brand scraper ink supply system
3. Double breaking wheel grooving unit: adopts large crimping structure to make the crimping effect more perfect; multiple crimping, precise grooving
4. Die-cutting unit: The rubber pad roller compensation is driven by an independent motor to control the speed of the rubber pad roller, and the compensation range is ±3.5mm
5. Drying unit: optional independent infrared drying system

Main units

Leading edge paper feeding unit 1. Three-axis leading edge paper feed, increase the fan flow, and paper feed more smoothly and accurately. 2. Frequency conversion controls the vacuum air flow and pressure to match the cardboard size.

Printing unit 1. The surface of the steel pipe is sprayed with ceramics and then ground and laser engraved. 2. The dots are consistent and the ink is evenly applied. 3. Extend the service life of printing plate and rubber roller.

Slotting unit 1. The creasing shaft is made of solid steel, polished, and the surface is plated with hard chrome. 2. The first set of creasing roller, the cardboard after pre-press is not easy to be crushed.
