Box Flexo Printing Machine Introduction

1. This machine can complete multiple processes such as printing, slotting, creasing, edge trimming, corner trimming, punching, die-cutting, stacking, etc. at one time.
2. The whole machine is designed according to high requirements, with reliable functions and humanized operation. It can be set, modified, implemented, changed and memorized in a short time, and the data can be displayed accurately.
3. All drive rollers are made of high-quality steel with hard chrome plating and grinding.
4. The main drive gears are made of high-quality steel, heat-treated by grinding teeth, and each gear adopts a cross-slip system to maintain the fixed position of the gears and ensure the transmission accuracy.
5. The main drive roller adopts keyless connection to reduce the connection gap and ensure the printing accuracy.
6. The gear system of this machine adopts sealed spray lubrication and automatic balancing device of engineering oil; keep the oil level of each unit equal.
